Sam Teo, currently the Chief Executive Officer of Treasure Global Inc (“TGL”/ NASDAQ: TGL), has many accolades due to his solid performance and proven track records in various fields prior to assuming this apex position. Leveraging on his expertise especially in IT related businesses, he had accumulated a long list of successful achievements that merit brief mentions and highlights. Among others he was the founder of ZCITY (Gem Reward Sdn Bhd), a platform that provides users with the convenience of payment while enjoying various offers and discounts via its extensive connectivity and network of merchants. This unique business model is fast gaining traction and its apps has continued to garner increasingly wider acceptance among merchants and users throughout the country.

Sam had also served as a Business Partner in YES Support Sdn Bhd, which excelled in its business expansion trajectory under his firm yet innovative leadership. His keen focus on building a robust customer relationship, and his unrivalled selling skills have led the company to consistently achieved and surpassed sales targets, more so under the B2C segment. This unsurprising feat was due to the fact that Sam was also a great strategist and expert with almost 11 years of experience in sales, with great ability to identify business opportunities by closely collaborating with clients and delivering their needs in a timely manner, harnessing his skills with both strategic and tactical knowledge, and innovative technologies. His CRM projects have been executed almost flawlessly and this had helped the company to expand in a fast, steady mode, with the successful opening of up to 11 chain stores around the Klang Valley.

Sam has held various senior management positions before being promoted to become the CEO. His last position as the Chief Innovation Officer, had benefited the company in various ways, especially in leadership roles where he had successfully created many high performance teams via implementation of robust goal setting agendas, rigorous time based management practices and inculcating team work spirit into the corporate culture.

Sam has demonstrated his leadership role during his tenure with few companies, he successfully brought in the cohesiveness and motivation to the entire team, he lead various departments united in one heart to achieve the common goal via his extraordinary management skills, leadership and far sighted vision. He is a true leader by example.

Sam holds a B.A (Hons) degree and Diploma in Building Management having graduated from UK Sheffield Hallam University in 2007.

Bobby Banks is a seasoned Financial Services executive who has contributed to building sustainable, effective and impactful organizations in international geographies, across the finance, technology, sports and entertainment industries. He brings a proven track record of navigating next-generation funding structures and operating challenges for fast-growth companies (Mountain Partners and Codemasters) and has built a global and active senior executive network.

He was the Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase, London, UK, the Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Group, Managing Partner of Hazelstreet Partners, London, UK, the Group CFO of Mountain Partners AG, and Co-CEO and Head at the London Office of PanAfrican Investment Co.

Marco is an experienced Chartered Accountant who worked with PWC in London, South Africa and Silicon Valley, California before working in the digital and technology sectors across a wide range of businesses with a focus on early-stage financing, growth strategy and strategic disposals, restructurings and acquisitions. Marco has a wide range of experience in listing technology and other businesses on NASDAQ in the US and Europe, AIM and other exchanges in the USA and UK and has been involved in the preparation of the listing and IPO documents for several businesses as well as with their capital raising requirements and subsequent regulatory filings.

He has been involved in developing the acquisition and marketing strategies for a number of digital opportunities, with a focus on content published to the app stores, including a business delivering games and other apps to Smart TV app stores and over 70 broadcast carriers. He also established a user acquisition marketing fund for mobile apps and recently negotiated the acquisition of an innovative brand engagement platform for mobile, as well as several rapidly growing digital businesses including online surveys, a medical online doctoring platform and apps in the social, mental health and gaming space.

Jeremy is an experienced corporate financier with a proven track record of sourcing, obtaining funding for and completing deals across a broad range of sectors. Complements a highly focused strategic and analytical approach with a commitment to building long-term client relationships. Expertise and experience spanning the globe with corporates and financial sponsors built up over a 20+ year career.

Ho Yi Hui has more than 20 years of experience in tax advisory and compliance. Currently, she is an Executive Director at Hanz Consulting Group Sdn Bhd (“Hanz”). Before joining Hanz, she worked with BDO Tax Services Sdn Bhd (“BDO”) and RSM Tax Services Sdn Bhd (“RSM”). As an Executive Tax Director of BDO and RSM, she was involved in the provision of tax compliance services for publicly listed companies, multinationals and medium to large private companies in sectors including construction, property development, hotels, insurance, and manufacturing.

Ms. Ho has represented clients in resolving tax audit and tax investigation cases with the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board since 2009. In addition, she has assisted clients in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation. Ms. Ho is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”).
